Photograph caption dated March 30, 1963 reads, "A community carnival has been planned by members of the Senior High Pilgrim Fellowship of the Woodland Hills Community Congregational Church, 21338 Dumetz. Rd., from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 20. Proceeds will finance the yearly program for the youth group and also aid in the annual summer bus trip members take when they travel and visit with other similar church youth groups. Trying out carnival attractions are left to right, Bruce Johnston, 17, Jay Ellingston, 17, inside the barrel, and Dave Bailey, 18."
