Richard Richards, a Democrat representing Los Angeles in the California Senate, speaks to an audience of Pacific Gas and Electric employees during his campaign for the US Senate. James S. Moulton, vice president and executive engineer, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, introduces Richards. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) sponsored this nonpartisan series of political forums for the thousands of PG&E employees in northern and central California.
