Photograph caption dated April 10, 1965 reads, "The Hollywood chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences held its Emmy Awards for achievement in local productions yesterday before an audience of more than 500 persons at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Hollywood chapter president John Guedel presided and introduced the keynote speaker, Rosel H. Hyde, vice chairman and dean of the Federal Communications Commission, who had flown in from Washington, D.C. for ceremonies." Note: Pictured is Rosel Hyde.
