Photograph caption dated September 19, 1961 reads, "Members of the Burbank Knights of Columbus in cooperation with the city's civil defense office are conducting a program to help solve questions on civil defense. Each Monday at 3 p.m. the city sets up an information booth at the corner of Palm avenue and San Fernando boulevard. The Knights tape part of the session and present it over radio station KBLA at 6:30 p.m. Monday. Participants in this civil defense discussions are (from left) fireman Fay Godwin, 820 N.
