Description
Exchange Building located on Spring Street downtown Los Angeles, also known as the Sunkist (California Fruit Growers Exchange). Located on Bunker Hill at 707 W. 5th St., it was built in 1935 but has since been demolished as part of Bunker Hill Redevelopment. The style was Moderne on the facade and it had a board room inside with dignified murals. Original architects: Albert R. Walker & Percy A. Eisen.
