Written on verso of photograph: 'BAYMEC Fundraiser for Supervisor Suzy Wilson (1987).' The Bay Area Municipal Elections Committee (BAYMEC) is a non-partisan, political action committee serving the civil rights concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals in the central coast counties of San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey since 1984. BAYMEC was founded by Wiggsy Sivertsen and Ken Yeager.
