In the foreground, twomen attend to a tripod that is centered over a circle on the street. Farther down the street, two more men hold a pole, while two more still farther in the distance attend a second tripod. Between the foremost men and the second set, a police officer and an additonal man stand. Legible sign from left to right read: "Y[...]meter Corp", "Hughes [P]aint Co", "Oil" and "Motor Oils and Greases".
