Photograph caption dated July 19, 1961 reads, "Verna Felton, left, honorary mayor of North Hollywood, signs proclamation naming Aug. 28-Sept. 1 Anti-Communism Week. With her is Charles Olsen, project chairman for the North Hollywood Junior Chamber of Commerce. The chamber will hold a public dinner-meeting Aug. 4 in support of the week-long event to be held at Los Angeles Sports Arena."
