Description
Editorial announces that bond money has been used to purchase all lands and buildings in the cities of Bishop, Big Pine, Lone Pine, and Laws. Article states that the next move is to purchase land in Long Valley and Mono Basin. Land purchases, according to editorial, will give Los Angeles free reign to construct an aqueduct to provide water to the city.
