In foregound is a road in front of a corner lot with a small real estate office on the lot; on roof is sign advertising the location of Pismo Heights No. 2; front of office has front door flanked by two windows with awning; in front man in suit and hat consults a map and points into distance; one lady with visor holds corner of map and another lady in hat turns in direction of the man's pointing finger; in front of curb on the side of the lot two Model T Tudor Sedans are parked.
