Photograph was edited for publication purposes Opened on June 10, 1938, by the Hollywood Turf Club, Hollywood Park was renamed Betfair Hollywood Park on March 13, 2012. It was a thoroughbred and standardbred race course. The racetrack was closed after the final race on December 22, 2013. Photograph caption dated November 15, 1962 reads "Mrs. James MacArthur of Tarzana (actress Joyce Bulifant), chooses a three-piece suit of Dynasty silk brocade as she attends the ORT benefit at the harness races in the Hollywood Park Turf Club. Her shoes match her muted moss-green ensemble. Her accessories are a chestnut marten fur, long white kid gloves and pearls."
