It appears that the main street on the lower right corner is Magnolia Boulevard, and the residential street on the left (vertical, with a slight turn) is Varney Street. The old SPT CO RR is visible running diagonally in the middle; the 5 Golden State Freeway runs parallel on the right of the railroad tracks, and the Burbank Western Channel runs along the left of the tracks.
