Description
"Mr.Farthing" George Bryant Farthing is shown in Chinese-style clothing seated on a small horse in front of a mission building. Chinese characters on the building appear to be a Biblical quotation.
British Baptist missionary G.B.Farthing and his family were martyred in Shansi during the Boxer Rebellion of 1900.
