Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on December 30, 1975 states: "Brown's Ravine Marina at Folsom Lake, where boats bobbed gently three weeks ago when the photo above was taken, has been closed. State park officials said the marina will remain closed until rainfall replenishes the lake, which is about half of capacity."
