Description
Exterior view of St. Brendan School, located at 238 S. Manhattan Place. Founded in 1915, St. Brendan School is a Catholic elementary school under the supervision of the Department of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and is administered by a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet, and dedicated lay teachers. On the street outside the school are Pacific Electric railroad tracks. Photo dated: May 12, 1946.
