Description: Scale model of the Family Neighborhood Health Services Center for Watts. The building will occupy nearly half the 2 1/2-acre site at 103rd and Grape Streets. Site will also contain 106-car parking area and a half acre of lawns, trees and shrubbery. Building will be built by Designed Facilities Corp. of El Monte. Photo dated: August 27, 1966.
