In the dining room she stands next to a framed card, which identifies all of the room's features: "Hardwood floor of Bruce wood blocks, Venetian blinds, Modern electric light fixture, Latest pattern wall paper, Wall heater, Detailed ceiling cornice, and Paneled wainscote [sic]." The door on the left leads to the kitchen. During this open house, 6 framed cards were used to describe a total of eighty-eight outstanding qualities found throughout the home.
