Photograph caption dated February 2, 1957 reads, "Mrs. Robert A. Pfeiffer, standing, 'Mothers' March on Polio' chairman for Sun Valley, and Mrs. Charles Hessler, Roscoe district chairman, count money mothers collected in door-to-door campaign. Some 40,000 Valley mothers collected estimated $95,000 for National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis."
