Photograph caption dated October 16, 1959 reads, "Nike, nation's number one defense weapon, will be on display for last day today at Pacific Telephone Company Open House, 11272 Magnolia Blvd., North Hollywood. With missile, from left, are CWO Donald H. Ryan, WO Peter S. Koblis, SP4 Reuben E. Sorrow and Sgt. Thomas J. Bowersfield, all of Newhall station, "B" Battery, 4th Missile Bn., 65th Artillery, who man rocket for exhibit. Open House hours for closing day will be from 1 to 9 p.m."
