Photograph of the entrance to the Theosophical Institute (Raja Yoba school) at Point Loma, ca.1902. Framed in the grand stone archway is the Institute itself perched on a rise in the distance. The large three-story building has a domed tower on each corner and a larger one in the middle. The gate in the archway is open. Two flanking arches have another gate and a canvas covered booth. Low palm plants line the drive up to the Institute.
