Description
Old shelf number: eph J3-4(11b). An area due east of the Coliseum and at the south edge of the original pueblo. Fortieth Street is now Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The only years that Alex Culver and the Gazette Publishing Company's addresses match those given are 1901-1903., according to city directories of the time. MS notes: many lot prices shown. Prime meridian: GM. Relief: no. Graphic Scale: Feet. Projection: Plane. Printing Process: Lithography. Verso Text: Broadside text "cheapest lots in the market." "Main Street is the finest drive in the city, go out and visit the tract and speed your horse."
