Photograph article dated November 28, 1962 partially reads, "One of the regular exhibitors at all local gun shows is Joe Bickston of Glendale, a dealer and collector of Colt fire arms. One of the hottest sale items on the gun market today according to Bickston is a replica Walker Colt. This black powder .44 caliber revolver is an exact duplicate of the real thing, except that it is made in Italy and expressly stamped 'replica'. Many collectors will acquire a replica just for shooting purposes. This modern 'antique' cap and ball revolver sells for $115."
