Plate -- view 2 (2010-5428SUT). Text. Lord Kingsborough commissioned artists to reproduce the Meso-American codices found in the collections of various European institutions. He published Antiquities of Mexico in 1831. This volume appears to be either a pre-production sample or a gift containing images from volumes I, III and VI.
