Description
Peter Drucker addresses a JAIMS (Japan-America Institute of Management Science) conference via video. The topic of his talk is the forces that will shape tomorrow’s corporation. During his address, he discusses: the history of the corporation, the pressing issue of population and demographics, the shrinkage of young people in developed countries, the social dynamics of English speaking countries, the mobility of knowledge workers, Japanese identity, the change in the world economy, the manufacturer as supplier, the disappearance of agricultural employment, the Japanese trade surplus, the changes in manufacturing employment, the changing role of education, the appearance of competitors anywhere as a result of e-mail and e-commerce, and the integration of immigrants.
