Description
Lee de Forest with Mary Mayo de Forest, standing on a street corner in Barre, Vermont, in winter. From a de Forest scrapbook (2003-34-730). Pasted to the back of the flier for a talk on radio development given by de Forest at the Rotary Club of Brooklyn, 17 December 1925, but this photo was likely taken around the time that the Phonofilm demonstration in Montpelier, Vermont, took place.
