A Cessna 150 crashed in a field after pilot Ken Kemmerer of Downey lost power at 2,500 feet, just missing houses across the street. Kemmerer was flying a banner for the Los Angeles Cobras, a short-lived team in the Arena Football League. Photograph dated April 30, 1988.
