Carolina Biquard writes to Frances Hesselbein to discuss her thoughts on her experience with the Self Assessment Tool and the Self Assessment and Planning Program that was created around the tool. She states three main conclusions. The first of which is the importance of adapting the tool to their region. The second concerns the differences between the first and second edition of the tool. The third is the importance of organizing the questions according to their experience in other organizations. In the second half of the letter she updates Frances on the progress of the Coca Cola Program and their developing partnership with C&A. At the end of the letter is a handwritten note that is illegible.
