Working on decorations for the event, from left, are Mmes. G. W. Scott, a new provisional, Northridge; Hugh A. Harley, North Hollywood, event chairman, and Gayle M. Pace, also a new provisional, both of Northridge. All proceeds will go into the general philanthropic fund of the Assistance League for support of youth services, according to Mrs. Gordon Young, auxiliary chairman. George Poole and his orchestra will provide music. Other committee members are Mmes. Jack Bricka, Van Nuys, table favors, and Thomas Critchlow, Burbank, publicity. Valley residents planning to attend include Messrs. and Mmes. Chester Ede and Bertman Murman, Burbank; Kaye Vahan, North Hollywood, and J. Ellis Dutton and Edward Sullivan, Encino."
