Description
This photo is part of a small mounted collection created by a visitor to Sacramento in October of 1919. It shows the Sacramento River looking upstream from near the M Street Bridge. The Sacramento waterfront is dominated by the Southern Pacific wharf, which is in stark contrast to the houseboats, barges and dredges cluttering the western bank.
