Photograph caption dated November 20, 1959 reads "Ken Bourguignon, right, congratulated on his election to the vice presidency of the Building Contractors Association of California by President-elect Donald Schneider of Orange County. Bourguignon, a past president of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the BCA, is from Encino. Election was at the association convention in Las Vegas recently."
