Description: Exterior view of the Beverly Hills Hotel across an unpaved Sunset Boulevard circa 1912. Workers appear to be putting the finishing touches on the western wing, and the front lawn has yet to be landscaped. This Mission style complex was designed by architect Elmer Grey.
