Moffatt's second term as member of the State Planning Advisory Commission was observed as he was sworn in by Judge Julian Beck of Judicial Department 23. Moffatt, Valley businessman and member of the commission since March 3, was reappointed to the post. He lives in Tarzana and is operator of Valley jewelry stores. He is past president of the Van Nuys Business Men's Association, member of the Van Nuys Lions Club and a director of the Van Nuys Chamber of Commerce."
