Mary's Hour, which originated in the Los Angeles Archdiocese in 1948, is held annually to pray the Rosary in unison for world peace, according to Father John P. Languille, director of the devotion. The theme of this year's Mary's Hour will be 'Mary, Queen of the World, Grant a True and Lasting Peace Among All People."
