Description
Santa Monica Public Library Image Archives. A912 Digital object 0987 img0059 Villa Aurora was originally a Los Angeles Times demonstration house built in 1928. Purchased by German novelist Lion Feuchtwanger during World War II, the house became a meeting place for notable German expatriates including Bertolt Brecht and Thomas Mann.
