A memorandum of agreement between Milton Robinson and Ah Louis (written as Ah Luis on this document) for the production of bricks. Milton Robinson entered a contract with parties to furnish bricks, including with Lyom, Ivins, and McFerson as trustees of the I.O.O.F. in San Luis Obispo. He was unable to complete the contract on his own, so he partnered with Ah Louis to make the bricks, on land Robinson was renting for that purpose and with tools and equipment provided by Robinson. Proceeds from extra bricks made would be paid to Ah Luis.
