Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated July 27, 1965 reads "A king-sized traffic jam has invaded the Valley, but fortunately will not be here for too much longer. Valley Times Bob Martin was one of the unfortunates who got trapped yesterday on Van Nuys Boulevard near the intersection of Blythe Street when two trains carrying equipment and parts for the General Motors plant in Van Nuys criss-crossed for 30 minutes. In a few months the problem will be relieved when an underpass on Van Nuys Boulevard is finally completed."
