This is side B of the fourth tape, from day two, of the annual Drucker Symposium of 1981. The topic of the day is "Managing the Increasing Complexity of Large Organizations." Tom Gladwin is the moderator and William F. May is the panelist. This is the completion of the question and answer portion. After Drucker finishes answering the last question he begins his closing talk, "Toward the Next Economics." He speaks about how using Keynesian economics and purely macro economics are problematic, the importance of shifting focus from profit to the cost of tomorrow, and what the future may hold for economics. This concludes the 1981 Peter Drucker Symposium recordings.
