Description: This circa 1960 photograph shows a stretch of Third Street, between L and M Streets. The Tokyo Hotel sits at 1222 Third Street. Within its first floor is the El Ranchero Cafe. to the right is the Moonlight Cafe at 1218 Third Street and the Modern Barbershop at 1216 Third Street.
