Description
Assemblyman Eugene Gualco was the featured speaker at the Annual Awards Dinner of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association Jannuary 22, 1976. Special awards were presented by Ralph Drayton, President of the association to Merle Z'berg widow of the late Assemblyman Edwin Z'berg, James L. Frayne California Trial Lawyers Association Executive Director and Legislative Advocate and the Honorable William Lally, Judge Sacramento Superior Court. Gualco addressed the grop on various aspects of pending legislation on medical malpractice and the legal profession.
