Image shows view of the Hamond Sadler residence, located on Via Anita on lot 21, block 1702, tract 6882 in Malaga Cove. View looking northeast shows seven-room, two-story stucco house with tile roof, chimney and attached two-car garage. An upstairs balcony overlooks the garage. Son, Hammond D. Dendy Sadler as a toddler is standing in front of terraced stone retaining wall along front of house. The owner, Hammond Sadler, was also the designer of the house, which was later owned by Kingman and then Feder [first names unknown.] Date Built: 1925 Photo Source: Palos Verdes Homes Association PVH building permit #64.
