Photograph caption dated October 26, 1956 reads, "San Fernando police officers William Elliott, left, and Eugene O'Tremba assist in booking lost chicken found wandering in front of the Porter Hotel on Brand boulevard, San Fernando. Fryer, according to O'Tremba, cackled her demands for a look at booking sheet held by Elliott behind counter. Biddy declined to be quoted until returned to her rightful owner."
