Photograph caption dated May 17, 1960 reads, "Dave Sime will be in the fastest of company Friday night when he runs against Doug Smith, Ray Norton, Bobby Morrow and other great sprinters in the 100-meter feature of the Coliseum Relays. Long a world-ranked sprinter, Sime faces the 'old hands' and a new one, Smith, who beat Norton at Fresno."
