These photographs are contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
Two views of the caskets of Detectives Lester Dorman and Miles Jackson lying in state at San Francisco City Hall. In the photo on page 82 top left (view 1), the casket is shown from the front, with its honor guard and floral displays. In the photo on page 82 top right (view 2) the casket is seen from behind at an angle. The honor guard, flowers, and a line of mourners paying their respects are visible. Text written under both photos: "Bodies of Detectives Dorman and Jackson Laying [with the 'ay' crossed out and substituted with 'y'] in State City Hall San Francisco 1920."
