Description
Fall Arts Festival costumed goers viewing equally colorful art. What appear to be four full length portrait paintings are, on closer inspection, assemblies of discarded plastics found on sea shores by artist Tess Felix. These pieces were part of the festival's featured exhibit by Green Change (a grassroots environmental network) showing artists considering our climate crisis.
