Photograph caption dated February 7, 1947 reads "Andre 'Bandi' De Toth, enterprise studio director receives his Valentine present early from his wife, screen star Veronica Lake, the gift being a four place Navion airplane purchased from North American Aviation Corp. by Veronica out of the salary she made while working in the De Toth directed film, 'Ramrod,' produced by Harry Sherman for Enterprise studio." The side of the plane reads, "To... Bandi from Ronn." The words are set within the outline of a heart pierced by an arrow.
