Photograph of a view of the water at Echo Park Lake, seen through thick tree foliage, 1924. The truck of a tree can be seen to the left, veiled in heavy shadow and slanting to the right over the water, dangling its branches down. Farther center, branches from other plants can be seen growing out of the bank and hanging over the water. The other shore can be seen faintly in the distance.
