Description
Ann Fagan Ginger is an American lawyer, activist, writer, and teacher. She is an expert on human rights law, peace law, and was Chair of the City of Berkeley Commission on Peace and Justice from 1986-1989. Ginger has argued and won cases before the Supreme Court. As part of the Visiting Scholars Program, Ann Fagan Ginger gave a lecture at California State University, Sacramento about civil liberties in the 1980's, focusing on the lessons of McCarthyism.
