Fedor Vasil'evich Dubasov, 1845-1912. Russian admiral and tsarist official. [Biography (English)] In 1905 he led army troops to put down agrarian disorders on Nov. 25, 1905 be was appointed Governor-General of Moscow and led the bloody street fighting against the resurrection in December he served at this post until July, 1906, when he became a member of the State Council.
