Description
This 1962 report was prepared by the County of Sacramento, Parks and Recreation Department, and Design Division, as an aid to the development of a master plan for parks in Sacramento County. It focuses on County Service Area No. 5, Orangevale, which was formed on January 3, 1962, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. The County Service Area is formed to provide specific services to people within set boundaries, which are determined by the expressed desires of the people to be served.
