Mr. Welling For: Hartford At: Hubbard and Hoefner St[reet]s, Belevedere Gardens [sic] Job: Lewis Vs. Hormel Meat Co[mpany], Hormel truck going west on Hubbard, other car going north on Hoefner. Hormel truck hit car & shoved into south west corner of intersection. Show point of impact. Show that there are no skid marks from the car going north except where he is in to intersection, etc[etera] etc[etera] Deliver to: Hartford" -- on card.
